October 10th, 2008So I found this slipper at the corner of University Ave. and Gerrard in Toronto. It has been there for 2 days still no owner.

October 7th, 2008So my iPhone finally came and I setup Wordpress which will allow to blog on the go so hopefully make me blog more often. That is all for now.
Big Update…
June 12th, 2008Well it has been a while since I last posted and a lot has happened, so I guess I should fill you in….
I got engaged to Lizzy in February at the ROM which was kinda nerve wracking. I was so happy when she said yes. I didn’t have a ring to give her at the time because we were waiting on the jeweller to finish it (It is stunning.).
So since then we have been pretty busy planning the wedding, which keeps me even busier then I am normally plus we are also looking for a place to live which is adding to the lack of time we have. In the end it will all be worth it and we’ll both be so happy.
Work is keeping me pretty busy I seem to be opening up at least one mac every week for some sort of upgrade. I really do enjoy working at Sick Kids, even when I go home with mystery cuts from computers I have worked on during the day.
I had been thinking recently that I want to try and start reviewing things again because I did enjoy it when I used to do it and maybe it would eventually lead to free stuff in the distant future. I just have to figure out what I should review first.

Moving from Blogger to WordPress
October 3rd, 2007Ok so as you can probably see I have switched over to WordPress. It is going to be a somewhat long process since I have over 220 post to go through and fix.
So hopefully I will have the time and the motivation to go through and fix all of the posts until then you are stuck with what you have.

July 14th, 2007Ok so Last time I posted I said I would post the pics from the MMVA’s. Well I finally got around to doing that.

So as I was looking at some pictures on Flickr I noticed that I had new mail, so I went to check it. It was a request from Nowpublic to use some of my pictures in a story about Avril Lavigne and her possibly stealing someone else’s music / lyrics.

A real downtown job.
May 29th, 2007So as usual it has been forever since my last post. Reason being work was hectic and then I quit once I got a new job doing IT.
I now work at The Hospital for Sick Children. Things here are pretty good. I am settling into my role here and everyone is really friendly.
I miss all the great people I worked with at Best Buy and I still try and stop by and visit from time to time.
Other than that the only other big thing is that Lizzy is now in the city so I can see her pretty much anytime I want. Which is great.

Hey, I sold that.
February 11th, 2007So I was watching Saw III today and while I was watching it I noticed something familiar that set off a thought in my head.
As you can see “Jigsaw” is holding a Sony HC46 Camcorder.
Now you are probably asking yourself “Ya sure whats the big deal?”. Well the big deal is that I sold that camcorder (with a Performance Service Plan) to the Saw III production company.
They came in and I helped them buy the camcorder and a colour laser printer I think it was the HP 2600n (again with a Performance Service Plan).
While I was ringing it in I jokingly said I hope Saw III is better than Saw II. They said that they would do the best they could to make it better because they wanted to make the fans happy since a bunch complained about the second one.
That is my short little post I have to go get ready for work. Tonight we are doing inventory and I am scheduled to be there from 6 PM until 3 AM which kinda sucks. That is what happens when you are a supervisor.

Why I don’t go to the movies.
February 10th, 2007Ok it has been a while since I posted and a lot longer since I saw a movie in theaters but even though I don’t like to go to theaters that much any more because of the high prices for pretty much everything, and the sticky floors, and my newest foe that has been around for a while called CAP Codes. If you don’t know what cap codes are they look like this…
I understand that they want to stop piracy but tracking it to a theater might help a bit but it won’t stop it completely. I know they want to try something else as well which will be even more annoying if I can see it.The CAP codes were almost as annoying as the Boom Mic in night at the Museum. It had almost as many scenes as Ben Stiller.
